This project is a transformation of a 1000 sq ft car gallery into a pastry shop, incorporating a small cafe with a seating capacity of up to 25 people. All refrigerators, shelving, and millwork were custom designed and made, showcasing our boutique design approach. The interior design integrates cultural aesthetics and global design influences, utilizing existing hard goods recovered from the client's previous project. Challenges included navigating a tight budget and timeline, requiring innovative solutions in architectural services and virtual design.

Dental Clinic of Sohrevardi St
Tehran, Iran
This project was selected from 15 candidates in an unofficial design contest initiated by the building owner, Dr. Koneshloo, for the remodeling of his dental office. Despite financial constraints preventing construction commencement, our architectural services presented two interior design concepts for the reception, waiting area, and dentist's room. Both proposals integrate global design elements and cultural aesthetics, featuring hygienic 3D panel wall coverings and grout-free laminate flooring materials, ensuring cleanliness and durability in this home renovation project.
